Vattenfall divests Östra Herrestad wind farm

The Swedish utility has sold its wind farm located in Southern Sweden's Scania region to compatriot power company Rabbalshede Kraft.

As a part of its larger business optimization, Vattenfall has sold its Östra Herredstad wind farm to Swedish utility Rabbalshede Kraft.

Östra Herrestad commissioned in late 2010/early 2011 and features nine Vestas model V90 turbines with per-unit capacities of 1.8 MW. The facility has generated roughly 570 GWh throughout its ten years in operation.
